VibroMet ® The vibration polishing machine can quickly remove the residual fine deformation layer on the surface of the sample after mechanized preparation, thereby obtaining a stress free preparation surface without the need for hazardous electrolytes required for electrolytic polishing preparation. Combining VibroMet 2 and MasterMet 2 silica polishing solutions for chemical mechanical polishing of samples can be applied for backscattered electron diffraction (EBSD) or atomic force microscopy (AFM) analysis. Unlike traditional vibration polishing machines, VibroMet 2 can generate almost completely horizontal vibrations, maximizing the time the sample comes into contact with the polishing cloth. After the user sets up the program, they can leave and the sample will automatically start vibration polishing in the polishing disc.
