The Venusil HLP C18 chromatographic column has optimized the silica gel pore size and specific surface area based on the previous generation Venusil HLP, and adopted more advanced bonding technology to ensure its excellent reverse phase chromatography separation ability and unique selectivity. This "polar embedding group" can form hydrogen bonds with the silanol groups on the surface of silica gel or water in the mobile phase, providing a protective effect on the silica gel matrix and reducing the interaction between alkaline compounds and silanol groups, ensuring good peak shape of alkaline compounds.
