Overview
The working principle of AC-1 ultrasonic water level gauge is based on the propagation characteristics of ultrasonic waves between air and water, mainly divided into two parts: transmission and reception.
Product Details
  AC-1typeultrasonic wavewater level gauge
1Measurement principle:
AC-1 typeUltrasonic water level gaugeThe working principle is based on the propagation characteristics of ultrasound between air and water, mainly divided into two parts: transmission and reception.
First,Ultrasonic water level gaugeIt will emit an ultrasonic pulse signal towards the water surface. This pulse signal will reflect at the interface between air and water and be reflected back. The instrument will receive the reflected signal and calculate the reflection time.
Secondly,Ultrasonic water level gaugeUsing the principle of constant sound velocity as a calibration standard, the distance to the water surface is determined by calculating the reflection time.

Notes:
1. It is recommended to install sunshades for outdoor installation of instruments to extend their service life.
2. Wire and cable protection pipes should be sealed to prevent water accumulation.
3. Although the instrument itself has lightning protection devices, it is recommended to install dedicated lightning protection devices at the inlet and outlet of the instrument when it is used in areas with frequent lightning strikes.
4. Ultrasonic level gauges are used in extremely hot and cold places, where the ambient temperature may exceed the working requirements of the instrument. It is recommended to install high and low temperature devices around the level gauge.
5. Install multiple ultrasonic level gauges in the same container, as ultrasonic waves can easily interfere with each other and cause measurement errors. Therefore, try not to install ultrasonic level gauges in the same container.
6. Ultrasonic level gauges should be installed away from the feed inlet and ensure that there are no obstacles blocking them to avoid interference from materials or obstacles.
7. Vibration or shaking can easily cause the ultrasonic level gauge to loosen. To avoid affecting normal measurement, the ultrasonic level gauge should be avoided from being installed in strong vibration areas. If installed in light vibration areas, rubber dampers should be installed, and the installation of the ultrasonic level gauge should be sufficiently firm.
