2、 Structure and Principle
The infinitely variable transmission is mainly composed of the following components: a sun gear (11) compressed by a disc spring and connected to the input shaft, a fixed ring disk (7) installed in the transmission housing, multiple planetary cone disks (8) evenly distributed along the circumference are clamped by the inner edge sun gear (11), and the outer edge is wedged in the gap between the fixed ring disk (8) and the speed regulating cam (11). The sliding blocks (13) supporting the axis of each cone disk are installed in the radial uniform groove connected to the planetary carrier (12) of the output shaft (1). With the rotation of the input shaft connected to the sun gear (11), each planetary cone disk (8) rotates around its own center while also causing the axis of the entire planetary cone disk group to revolve relative to the body. It is precisely this kind of orbital motion that is extracted by the planetary carrier (12) and transmitted to the output shaft (1) associated with it as the output speed. The speed adjustment is achieved by rotating the speed control handwheel (6). When turning the handwheel, the screw connected to it drives the speed regulating cam (2) to produce circumferential displacement through the shift pin (4). This circumferential displacement is converted into axial displacement of the speed regulating cam (2) by the action of the cam teeth on the fixed cam (3) end face and the cam teeth on the speed regulating cam (2) end face, which are fixedly installed, through the steel ball (14). The clearance between the fixed cam (3) and the speed regulating cam (2) is increased and decreased, resulting in the axis of the planetary cone disk (8) group being uniformly distributed radially outward or inward along the planetary carrier (12), thereby changing the transmission ratio to achieve variable speed The transmission of torque relies on the friction between the sun gear (11) and the planetary cone disk (8), as well as between the planetary cone disk (8) and the fixed ring disk (7). Specific transmission oil can generate good traction for each friction pair.

When the transmission uses a four pole motor, the temperature of the components at the beginning of running in (empty operation) is about 40-50 ℃ higher than the normal operating ambient temperature. After running for 60-80 hours, the temperature rise gradually decreases, and thereafter, the temperature is 20 ℃ higher than the ambient temperature and maintains a stable temperature rise. The high temperature rise during running in affects the normal allowable working conditions, but has no harmful effect on the service life of the components. )
The transmission adopts lubricating oil bath lubrication. Lubricating oil grade Ub-3. Please check the oil level before use.
The lubricating oil has been added before leaving the factory, and it should be replaced after 1000 hours of use.
The lubricating oil inside the transmission should be kept at two-thirds of the oil level, and users should regularly check the oil level. It is strictly prohibited to use it under poor lubrication conditions. The breathable nut on the operation box has been tightened to prevent oil leakage during transportation when leaving the factory. It must be loosened during operation and is strictly prohibited to use it without loosening it.
