The C310 Total Nitrogen Water Quality Automatic Analyzer is a product independently developed by Zhongxing Instrument (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., which measures the total nitrogen content in water based on colorimetric method. Method principle: At 120-124 ℃, alkaline potassium persulfate solution is used to convert nitrogen containing compounds in the sample into nitrate. UV spectrophotometry is used to measure the absorbance A220 and A275 at wavelengths of 220nm and 275nm, respectively. The corrected absorbance A is calculated according to the formula, and the total nitrogen (calculated as N) content is proportional to the corrected absorbance A. The principle of the instrument method complies with the requirements of the Chinese Ministry of Environmental Protection standard "Determination of total nitrogen in water quality - Alkaline potassium persulfate digestion UV spectrophotometry" (HJ636-2012).
