Product description
The testo 521-3 differential pressure measuring instrument is a high-precision differential pressure measuring instrument designed for air conditioning and ventilation technology. Its high level of accuracy and excellent resolution make it suitable for applications such as clean rooms or flue inspections. Connected to an optional pitot tube, the built-in pressure sensor can measure airflow velocities ranging from+1 to+20 m/s.
The built-in pressure sensor with temperature compensation has an accuracy of up to+0.5Pa. In addition, you can add 2 optional probes for your measurement tasks, which means you can flexibly combine differential pressure measuring instruments according to application scenarios. You have the following probe options to choose from:
- Differential pressure probe
- Absolute pressure probe
- Relative pressure probe
- Temperature probe (surface probe or immersion and permeation probe)
Characteristics of using testo 521-3 differential pressure measuring instrumentThe built-in differential pressure sensor can be used in conjunction with a pitot tube (to be ordered separately) to calculate flow rate and volumetric flow rate. Differential pressure measuring instruments can also provide calculated mean values for multiple points/time periods.
