Overview
T3SP10D (10 GHz) and T3SP15D (15 GHz) excite the DUT through true differential signals, and the TDR provides fast rise times of 50 ps (T3SP10D) and 35 ps (T3SP15D), with fault resolutions (FR4) of 4.2 mm and 3 mm, respectively. The DUT length can reach 40 m, and the TDR sampling rate can reach up to 10 MHz, using the same OSL calibration standard as the vector network analyzer. Due to its compact size and light weight, the instrument can be powered by an internal battery and can be used in testing laboratories or on-site.
