The Gerber centrifuge is designed specifically for the determination of fat in dairy products. The centrifuge can be equipped with three types of rotors to accommodate various milk fat tubes and different milk fat determination methods. Equipped with heating function, it ensures that the temperature of the milk fat tube remains above 50 ℃ during the centrifugation process. This not only reduces the sample water bath time but also makes the test results more reliable. Once the milk fat tube ruptures or other factors causing imbalance occur, the instrument will automatically stop operating to provide safety protection. The Gerber centrifuge operates without noise or vibration, with an internal locking function on the top cover, making it safer and more reliable.
