Heze Gongke Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. has developed a new type of stone grinding and milling unit using modern scientific and technological research. The unit adopts fully automatic production technology, low-speed rotation, and low-temperature grinding to preserve the inherent color, aroma, and various nutrients of the raw grains, avoiding the damage of high temperature mechanical grinding to the effective nutrition and flour quality of the raw grains. It retains both the aroma of miscellaneous grains and the protein and carbohydrates contained in wheat.

The unit is fully automated, completing processes such as grain lifting, cleaning, stone removal, iron removal, sand removal, removal of various large, medium, small, and micro impurities, grinding, and packaging in sequence.

The flour produced by the slow and uniform operation of the stone mill teeth retains the natural color and aroma of wheat, resulting in high gluten content and abundant nutrients, as well as fine texture and rich wheat aroma; It also retains various trace elements rich in wheat. At the same time, it avoids the nutritional damage caused by modern large-scale machinery in high-temperature and high-pressure production. No additives or whitening agents, original color and flavor, good taste, with a chewy texture.
