1. 2. If liquid leakage is found at the shaft during the operation of vacuum emulsification machine, it is necessary to adjust the pressure of mechanical seal after shutdown.
3. After the emulsifier is connected to the machine seal cooling water and the motor is started, it must be ensured that the motor direction is consistent with the main shaft direction sign before operation, and rotation is prohibited!
4. According to the different materials used by users, it is necessary to regularly clean the inlet and outlet filters to prevent a reduction in feed volume and affect production efficiency. It is necessary for the material entering the working chamber to be a fluid, and it is not allowed for dry powder or clumped materials to directly enter the machine. Otherwise, it is easy to form a stuffiness and damage the vacuum emulsifier.
5. It is prohibited for metal shavings or solid and difficult to break debris to enter the working chamber of the vacuum emulsifier, in order to cause destructive damage to equipment such as the stator and rotor.
6. Before using the vacuum emulsifier, corresponding safety production operating procedures should be formulated to ensure the safety of operators and equipment. In the electrical control system, users should set up a safety maintenance system and have good and reliable electrical motor grounding equipment.
7. The process chamber of the vacuum emulsifier can be equipped with an additional insulation layer for cooling or heating materials. When starting up, connect the coolant or thermal oil first. The working pressure of the insulation layer is ≤ 0.2Mpa. When there is a temperature requirement for processing, it is necessary to heat or cool it to the normal operating temperature, turn it on, and turn it on.

9. Generally, the material only needs to be fed into the TRL1 pipeline equipment through a high self weight, and it is necessary to continuously input the material to maintain good fluidity. When the material fluidity is poor and the viscosity is ≥ 4000CP, the inlet of SRH pipeline equipment should be equipped with a conveying pump with a pump inlet pressure of 0.3Mpa. 10. Generally, before opening the vacuum emulsifier, connect the cooling water of the mechanical seal first. When shutting down, turn off the machine first and then block the cooling water. Tap water can be used as the cooling water. It is necessary for materials to enter the working chamber before starting up, and it is necessary to ensure that they do not run in a state of material breakage to prevent mechanical seals from burning out or affecting their service life due to high temperatures caused by idling.
