Stainless steel multifunctional colloid millInstructions for Use

1. Connect the feeding hopper or feeding pipe, as well as the discharge port or discharge circulation pipe. Connect the cooling water pipe and drain pipe.

2. Install the power starter and equip it with an ammeter and indicator light. After connecting to the power supply, the motor should be turned on to determine the direction of rotation, and the direction should be clockwise when viewed from the feeding port.

3. Adjust the gap between the grinding discs, loosen the two handles (counterclockwise), then turn the adjustment ring clockwise. Insert one hand into the square mouth of the base to rotate the motor fan blades. Stop immediately when there is a slight friction when turning the adjustment ring. Reverse the adjustment ring slightly to make the gap between the grinding discs larger than the alignment number. Generally, while meeting the fineness requirements of the processed material, try to make the gap between the grinding discs as large as possible. This can prolong the service life of the grinding disc. Then tighten the handle clockwise to lock the adjusting ring and fix the gap between the grinding discs.

4. Disinfect and clean the interior of the body.
5. Connect the cooling water, start the colloid mill and wait for it to operate normally before immediately feeding it into the mill for processing. Empty operation shall not exceed 15 seconds.

6. Quartz, broken glass, metal shavings, and hard substances are not allowed to be mixed into the base of the processed materials, otherwise they will damage the dynamic and static grinding discs during grinding.
