1. Adopting mature non road specific fuel systems in China, precise control of fuel injection quantity and timing is achieved, with sufficient combustion and low emissions. It is a key recommended technology route by the Ministry of Environmental Protection and can be prioritized for inclusion in the national environmental subsidy catalog.

2. Fuel injection timing: optimized for all operating conditions, corrected for full MAP fuel injection timing, and finely calibrated.

3. Fuel injection pattern: The fuel quantity is flexibly calibrated, with a gradual increase followed by a rapid increase, meeting the ideal heat release pattern and emission control requirements, and reducing combustion noise.

4. Injection pressure: The injection pressure is flexible and adjustable, and the optimal pressure required for different operating conditions can be determined to optimize the overall performance of the engine.

5. Low speed regulation: The entire process is electronically regulated, with fast instantaneous response when loaded, good low-speed response, strong adaptability to working conditions, and a speed regulation rate of no more than 5%.

Through limited original line analysis, strengthen the strength design of the engine body, cylinder head cover transmission wheel system, etc., and improve the reliability of key components; Conduct overload assessment on the output wheel system of the front-end hydraulic pump to ensure reliability and significantly improve the effective life of the entire machine.

5. The entire series adopts a two-stage filtration system, including fuel coarse filtration and fuel fine filtration, with a filtration accuracy of 4 microns and an efficiency of ≥ 99.6%. The oil-water separation efficiency and filtration efficiency of coarse filtration are ≥ 95%.
