1. The box body of the constant temperature and humidity test chamber is processed and formed by CNC machine tools, with a beautiful and elegant appearance, and adopts a non reactive handle for easy operation.
2. The inner box adopts imported high-grade stainless steel (SUS304) mirror panel, and the outer box adopts (SUS304) brushed stainless steel plate or high-quality cold-rolled steel plate spray painted, which increases the appearance texture and cleanliness.
3. Equipped with a large observation window and lighting fixtures to keep the inside of the box bright, and using tempered glass embedded in the heating body, the condition inside the box can be observed clearly at any time.
4. The left side of the box is equipped with a test hole with a diameter of 25mm, 50mm, or 100mm, which can be used for external testing power or signal lines.
5. The insulation material adopts high-density glass fiber cotton with a thickness of 80-100mm. A double-layer high tensile sealing strip that is resistant to high and low temperatures is used between the door and the box to ensure the sealing of the testing area.
6. Equipped with an independent temperature limit alarm system, exceeding the limit temperature and automatically interrupting operation ensures safe testing without accidents.
7. The water replenishment tank is placed at the bottom right of the control box and has automatic water shortage protection, making it more convenient for the operator to replenish the water source.
8. Separating the humidification system pipeline from the control circuit board can prevent malfunctions caused by water leakage in the humidification pipeline and improve safety.
9. The waterway system pipeline circuit system adopts a door opening, which is convenient for maintenance and inspection.

4Operation control system:
(1) Refrigeration system:

2. The refrigeration system adopts a unit or binary low-temperature circuit system design. Adopting air-cooled single machine compression/air-cooled stacked compression refrigeration method
(2) Wind circulation system:
1. Adopting a multi wing centrifugal fan for strong air circulation, avoiding any dead corners, can make the temperature and humidity distribution in the testing area uniform.
2. The design of air circulation for air outlet and return ensures that the wind pressure and speed meet the testing standards, and can quickly stabilize the temperature and humidity at the moment of opening the door.
3. Use adjustable air deflectors that can be adjusted up, down, left, and right to ensure even distribution of temperature and humidity.
(3) Humidification and dehumidification system:
1. Humidification: Fully independent system, external isolated all stainless steel shallow surface evaporative humidifier, forms wet vapor humidification through heating, and detects humidity through a probe.
2. Dehumidification: Adopt evaporator coil dew point temperature laminar contact dehumidification method.
3. Water supply: Hidden water tank for water supply, small water pump automatically draws water to the humidification tank, and can recycle residual water Water conservation and consumption reduction.
