1、CKG51The series of single column CNC high-speed vertical lathes are suitable for props such as hard alloys and ceramics, and can perform rough, semi precision, and precision machining on the inner and outer cylindrical surfaces, conical surfaces, end surfaces, grooves, threads, and rotating surfaces of black metals, non-ferrous metals, and some non-metallic parts.
2The main transmission is driven by an AC spindle servo motor, with two speed changes. The high-speed rotating workpiece is balanced statically and dynamically, and high-precision transmission gears and gear grinding technology are used to achieve high transmission efficiency, low noise, and reliable and stable operation at high speeds.
3The column is a thermally symmetrical structure, and the main shaft adopts high-precision adjustable radial clearance double row short cylindrical roller bearings for centering. The axial direction adopts high-precision large thrust ball bearing seat rolling guide rails and is equipped with oil temperature cooling devices. Therefore, the worktable has the characteristics of high rotation accuracy, large bearing capacity, and small deformation.
4The worktable is a thermal symmetric mechanism, with a high-precision adjustable radial clearance double row short cylindrical roller bearing centering for the main shaft, and a high-precision large thrust ball bearing as the rolling guide in the axial direction, equipped with an oil temperature cooling device. Therefore, the worktable has the characteristics of high rotational accuracy, large bearing capacity, and small thermal deformation.
5The vertical tool holder adopts a linear guide structure for horizontal and transmission movement.
