The Bond Elut AccuCAT column is a mixed column SPE extraction column filled with a strong cation exchange adsorbent (SCX) and a strong anion exchange adsorbent (SAX) in the same column bed. AccuCAT is capable of effectively extracting acidic, alkaline, and neutral analytes from urine and other biological samples. AccuCAT is particularly suitable for effectively extracting catecholamines from biological fluids.
