The MDS-15 high-throughput closed microwave digestion/extraction/synthesis workstation was listed as a "good domestic instrument" in 2014. It is built with the full effort of Shanghai Xinyi's nearly 30 years of industry experience and research and development technology. It is versatile, convenient, efficient, durable, safe and reliable, meeting the needs of different users. It can also completely digest special samples such as petrochemical samples, polymer materials, animal and vegetable oils and fats. In addition, the patented technology's safety relief plate, aerospace composite fiber outer tank with performance far exceeding PEEK material, and PFA coating with excellent anti-corrosion performance all reflect Shanghai Xinyi's higher pursuit of instrument performance and product quality.

2、 Product comprehensive technical characteristics

Safety Bolt design for safety relief tablets, achieving quantitative safety relief while fully enclosed digestion
Based on nearly 30 years of industry experience, Shanghai Xinyi adopts a safety bolt structure design to ensure that the digestion tank is completely sealed and leak free under normal working conditions. In the event of overpressure, the safety bolt automatically lifts to release pressure, ensuring safe operation. Under normal operating conditions, the safety relief tablet will not rupture and does not require replacement, there are no consumables, and there is no risk of leakage.


High strength aerospace composite fiber outer tank, balancing mechanical strength and anti-corrosion ability
The high-strength aerospace composite fiber outer tank Xtra Fiber has the characteristics of being unbreakable, unbreakable, and tear resistant. Its comprehensive performance in pressure resistance, corrosion resistance, and other aspects is superior to traditional PEEK material outer tanks. PFA spray coating completely wraps the composite fibers, providing excellent corrosion resistance (especially at the edge of the outer tank). The compressive strength can reach 70MPa (about 10000psi), and the temperature resistance is 600 ℃, ensuring the safety of users in extreme situations.
