SWS200 Current Weather Phenomenon Instrument

The HSS visibility instrument was the first infrared instrument in the world in 1980 and has been developed and used for 40 years. It has excellent measurement angles and geometric structures, high accuracy and reliability, and can maintain no leakage in harsh environments, playing an important role in various fields.

After years of research and experimentation, Biral has launched the SWS series, in which the SWS-200 visibility range can be selected up to 75 kilometers (* if users require a higher range, 10m can be customized)～90km）.

The SWS-200 sensor is used for general meteorological measurement applications and can detect visibility and weather phenomena; Sensors can measure visibility MOR and distinguish visual obstacles such as fog, haze, rain, drizzle, snow, as well as types and intensities of precipitation.

The SWS-200 sensor is suitable for both individual applications and networking, and can be used in almost all visibility measurement scenarios.

SWS sensors use the same technology as HSS sensors.
