The SUC8114 series CNC machine tool is specially designed for machining two end holes. It adopts a 45 degree inclined bed body cast as a whole, and two sets of three coordinate units are symmetrically arranged on the bed body to achieve movement in the X, Y, and Z directions. The machine tool adopts two sets of Siemens 802D systems, which can achieve simultaneous movement of two three-axis interpolation, thereby ensuring simultaneous machining of both ends of the crankshaft or camshaft, or separate machining. The machine tool is suitable for machining the two end holes of various crankshaft or camshaft parts with a workpiece length ranging from 400 millimeters to 1250 millimeters. The machine tool has good rigidity, high processing accuracy, high degree of automation, low labor intensity for operators, easy operation and mastery, and is suitable for mass production. SUC8114 is developed based on the specialized machine tool SUC8114 for machining holes at both ends of automobiles. The machine tool adopts a single spindle tool magazine structure, and the X, Y, and Z axes at both ends are linked to complete efficient machining of drilling, expanding, reaming, boring, and tapping at both ends of the workpiece.
