The SUC8114 series CNC machine tool is specially designed for machining two end holes. The machine tool adopts two sets of Siemens 802D systems, which can achieve simultaneous movement of two three-axis interpolation, thereby ensuring simultaneous machining of both ends of the crankshaft or camshaft, or separate machining. The machine tool is suitable for machining the two end holes of various crankshaft or camshaft parts with a workpiece length ranging from 400 millimeters to 1250 millimeters. SUC8114 is developed based on the specialized machine tool SUC8114 for machining holes at both ends of automobiles. The machine tool adopts a single spindle tool magazine structure, and the X, Y, and Z axes at both ends are linked to complete efficient machining of drilling, expanding, reaming, boring, and tapping at both ends of the workpiece. It is suitable for larger scale machining of holes at both ends of crankshafts and camshafts in locomotives, ships, and other industries.
