Amoxicillin High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) Detection Scheme
-Sample processing procedure-
Accurately weigh about 25mg of the test sample and place it in a 50ml volumetric flask. Dissolve it in mobile phase and dilute it quantitatively to the mark. Shake well and filter through a needle filter to obtain the sample

Chromatographic column: Vertex C18:250mm × 4.6mm × 5 μ m
Mobile phase: Mobile phase A: Mobile phase B=2.5:97.5
Preparation method: Mobile phase A: Acetonitrile
Mobile phase B: 0.05mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution (adjusted to pH 5.0 with 2mol/L potassium hydroxide solution)
Wavelength: 254nm
