3. Purpose: The SPCC series glassware cleaning machine can automatically clean, disinfect, and dry commonly used laboratory utensils such as volumetric flasks, chromatographic automatic injection bottles, conical flasks, beakers, colorimetric tubes, test tubes, pipettes, reagent bottles, round bottom flasks, measuring cylinders, culture dishes, etc. Mainly applicable to inspection and quarantine, pharmaceutical factories, chemical plants, universities, research institutes, hospitals, food or cosmetics industry laboratories and other units.

7. Equipped with original imported high-temperature resistant stainless steel circulation pump, it is resistant to high temperature and corrosion, and has high cleaning water pressure;

9. Built in micro peristaltic pump ensures automatic and accurate addition of cleaning solution, neutralizing solution and other additives; Configure drainage pumps to accelerate drainage speed and shorten overall operating time;

15. An independent air heater paired with an efficient circulating fan improves the drying efficiency of the vessel. The drying temperature can be controlled between 50-90 ℃;
16. The HEPA high-efficiency air filter has a filtration efficiency of 99.99%, effectively filtering the air entering the drying system to prevent secondary air pollution of cleaning items.
17. The hot air is dried through the nozzles of the top and bottom spray arms, as well as the nozzles of the cleaning rack, to ensure rapid drying of the inside and outside of the glassware, which can be completed in as fast as 10-25 minutes.
