Fully automatic large-scale SF6 recovery, charging and discharging system delivered for use in March 2020

Mode A (product placed in the test tank): Close the test tank - evacuate - fill SF6 to the design value - wait for the test - recover SF6- break the empty space - open the test tank
Mode B (without test tank): After product packaging is completed - evacuate to design value - fill SF6 to design value - wait for testing or leak detection, etc. - recover SF6- end

Here is some information about a project we delivered and used in March 2019 to share with you. This is a system with a smaller test tank and higher testing frequency.

1、 Testing process
Open the test tank - Place the tested insulation component - Close the lid - Vacuum to the set value - Fill SF6 to the set pressure - Voltage withstand test - Test completed - Recover SF6- Recover completed - Recharge air - After recharging is completed - Open the test tank
SF6 loss - automatically replenish new gas from the gas cylinder (place the cylinder in the recovery device);
2、 Technical parameters
(The following content was discussed and clarified at the Shanghai Keshi site on November 14, 2018)
1. The volume of the test tank is 200 * 300H; 3 parallel vacuum pumps to 5-10 Pa;
2. Work cycle (vacuuming time+filling time+recovery time+air replenishment time)
That is, the entire testing process time minus the withstand voltage testing time; SF6 working time is 5-6 minutes;
3. Recycling efficiency; More than 97%;
4. Fully automated completion;
5. Configure the interface of the purity micro water tester;
6. The connection with the test tank adopts DN13 pipeline and M27 thread.

4、 Operation process
1. After booting up, the screen displays manual, automatic, and parameter settings.
2. The parameter settings are for various control and protection points, which are set at the factory and may be slightly modified during debugging.
3. Automatically divided into:
A、 evacuate
B、 recycle
C、 inflate
D、 You can choose to complete the entire process with just one click
4. If vacuum pumping is selected, the system automatically opens the corresponding valve, then starts the vacuum pump, reaches the set value, automatically stops and closes the corresponding valve.
5. If recycling is selected, the system automatically opens the corresponding valve, then starts the compressor, and begins recycling until the test tank reaches the set pressure, then automatically closes the valve and stops the machine.
