Structure and working principle:

The SCSF linear vibrating screen is mainly installed in a seated manner, and can also be installed in a suspended manner as needed. The vibrating screen consists of a screen body with a sieve mesh, two vibration motors, supporting springs, and a base. The two vibration motors are symmetrically installed on both sides of the screen body, and the motor shafts are parallel to each other at a certain angle to the lead line.

When two vibration motors with similar characteristics rotate in opposite directions, they achieve synchronous reverse rotation during the vibration caused by the excitation force. At this time, the inertial force generated by the eccentric mass in the plane where the two motor shafts are located cancels each other out. The force perpendicular to this plane can be synthesized into a periodic excitation force within the symmetry plane of the sieve body. Under this force, the sieve body will vibrate in a straight line at a certain angle to the horizontal line. After the material enters the sieve surface from the feeding end, it will be continuously thrown by the impulse transmitted by the sieve surface. During the process of falling back to the sieve surface, particles smaller than the sieve hole will fall through the sieve hole into the lower layer, thus achieving screening and classification.
