1. Lift the machine tool to a distance of 110mm to 150mm from the ground, place the pad iron under the machine tool, and gradually fill it with gas in a diagonal manner from 0.1 Mp, 0.2 Mp... until the internal pressure reaches 0.4Mp to 0.6Mp. Use a tire pressure gauge to check the internal pressure of the pad iron.
2. The height of the pad iron used is 87 ± 3mm from the top surface of the pad iron to the bottom plate. Test data shows that at this height, the internal pressure, load-bearing capacity, and vibration reduction effect of the pad iron all reach a certain state.
3. If the shim is not used for a long time, the gas inside the shim can be released and refilled when in use.
