The rotary tube atmosphere furnace adopts a new type of iron chromium aluminum electric heating alloy wire or silicon carbon rod as the heating element, and nickel chromium nickel silicon (K scale) or platinum rhodium (S scale) thermocouples as the temperature measuring element. The highest temperature is 1000 ℃, 1200 ℃, 1400 ℃, etc. The entire temperature rise and fall process is accurately controlled by a digital temperature controller or intelligent program temperature controller, with accurate temperature measurement, high temperature control accuracy, and convenient operation. Adopting new insulation and refractory materials to make the furnace lightweight and energy-saving. At the same time, it can achieve fixed/continuously adjustable rotation speed and tilt angle of the furnace tube, automatic/manual completion of feeding and receiving, and is applied to small-scale continuous sample preparation in the laboratory.
