The RC806 dissolution tester is a new type of drug dissolution tester designed in accordance with the requirements of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia and the United States Pharmacopoeia. The instrument adopts a double row eight cup eight bar four column support structure, with an electric lifting head. The RC806 dissolution tester is a new type of drug dissolution tester designed in accordance with the requirements of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia and the United States Pharmacopoeia. The instrument adopts a double row eight cup eight bar four column support structure, with an electric lifting head. Its design is reasonable, compact, beautiful, and stable in mechanical performance. The newly adopted anti rust stainless steel cup holder plate, new drive motor, new temperature sensor, new LCD display screen, newly designed sealed cup cover and test method positioning dial, fully optimized electrical control hardware and software make the instrument more powerful, easier to operate, and more stable and reliable in performance. The rotation of the rotating rod, the lifting and lowering of the machine head, and the timing of the test of this instrument are independently operated and comply with the pharmacopoeia regulations; Its "Program Control Test" and "Basic Test" function options can facilitate routine repetitive tests or research tests. In addition, the instrument also has functions such as timed shutdown, automatic preheating, instant calibration, over temperature alarm, and power-off protection. Small cup accessories can also be used for dissolution test method third method testing.
