It consists of left and right columns, pressing panels, workbenches, mailbox bodies, etc., and is the main part of this machine tool. Two oil cylinders are fixed on the support plate connected to the left and right columns and the outer pressure plate.

2. Upper knife holder - a triangular frame steel plate welding structure, equipped with guide plates, blades, and rear material blocking devices. Under the drive of large and small oil cylinders and return cylinders, it performs reciprocating motion to complete shearing.

3. Left and right oil cylinder device - composed of two piston oil cylinders and seals, it is the executive component that directly drives the upper tool holder to work.

4. The hydraulic system - composed of the main motor, oil pump, valve block, oil tank, pipeline, etc., is the power part of the machine tool.

5. Material pressing device - composed of multiple material pressing cylinders installed on the outer pressure plate in front of the frame. After the material pressing cylinders are filled with pressure oil, the material head presses down against the tension of the tension spring, compressing the sheet metal. After shearing is completed, it is reset by the tension of the tension spring. The magnitude of the pressing force increases with the thickness of the sheared sheet metal.

6. Blade clearance adjustment device - composed of adjustment motor, lever, dial, etc., can adjust the blade clearance according to the thickness of the sheared plate. The recommended value for blade clearance is 5-8% of the plate thickness.
