This furnace is suitable for melting and pouring alloys into transfer pots or transfer mixing furnaces used for subsequent work procedures.

Structural description:

Low carbon steel shell, frame structure;
Fire resistant concrete activity cover, fixed with screws;
Using a pneumatic cylinder device to achieve the pouring function of the furnace;
The gas stove is placed in the heating box in a tangential form;
Insulate with lightweight bricks, porous materials, and refractory concrete;
There are combustion exhaust gas outlets around the crucible;
The upper part of the crucible is protected by a cast iron ring;
The furnace bottom is equipped with an emergency drainage ditch made of refractory concrete;
Independent distribution panel;
The connecting wires between the furnace and the distribution panel are protected by metal hoses;
