1、 Product Introduction
This machine is suitable for quality control of thermoplastic plastics with low melt viscosity. The measurement method is to measure the extrusion rate of molten plastic through a small pore mold of a specified length and diameter using a timed measurement method under specified conditions such as temperature, load, and position of the piston inside the cylindrical cylinder, in order to determine the extrusion rate of polymer flow rate in the process.
This machine adopts dual zone PID temperature control in the mold cavity to evenly heat the plastic in the mold cavity. Use high-quality insulation materials to reduce errors caused by heat loss during the testing process.
Equipped with automatic cutting function, users can set the cutting time according to their testing needs. Before leaving the factory, it undergoes calibration and strict quality inspection, and the test sample results have accuracy, repeatability, and reproducibility.
