The smoke acid (HCl, HF, etc.) sampling system produced by PaulGothe company in Germany, the first half of the sampling system (particle sampling component) is used for sampling particles and acid mist inside or outside the flue, and the second half (gas sampling component) can be used for condensation absorption sampling of gaseous acids or other gaseous substances. The system mainly consists of: ① Joint sampling head, ② Particle sampling component, ③ Gas sampling component, ④ Drying tower, ⑤ ITES automatic constant velocity sampler, ⑥ Humidity measurement component (optional).

The ITES automatic constant velocity sampler (25.10) includes: an intelligent controller with built-in calibration holes; Sensor box, equipped with interfaces for connecting with pitot tubes and thermocouple sensors; High performance frequency controlled sampling pump with branch valve.

Joint sampling head

Generally, it consists of 2.07 (goose neck connecting tube with different diameter air inlet), 3.01 (front adapter, connecting suction tube and goose neck connecting tube), inner tube (ID 8mm), suction tube (OD 60mm G1/2), pitot tube, and thermocouple.

According to whether it is heated or cooled, it can be divided into three models: non heated (4.51), heated (4.62), and water-cooled (4.72). If the humidity is high and the temperature is high, it is recommended to heat the sampling head; If the temperature is very high, it is recommended to use a water-cooled sampling head.

Material options: T (titanium metal) and A (stainless steel). Available lengths are 500, 1000, 1500, 2000, 2500, and 3000mm.

Gas sampling component

Used for the collection of gaseous mercury, it consists of an absorption bottle (bubbler), an ice bath box, and a diaphragm pump (26.02-CP).
