ZRD-T1Paper Softness TesterIt is designed according to the relevant provisions of the national standard GB/T 8942 "Determination of Paper Softness". Testing principle
Under specified conditions, when the plate-shaped measuring head of the softness meter presses the sample into the gap to a certain depth (about 8mm), the sum of the maximum vector of the sample's bending resistance and the frictional force between the sample and the gap is called softness, expressed in millinewtons. The smaller the softness value, the softer the sample.
