Operating Room Instructions
Before entering the operating room, the manager must be notified and undergo basic training.
2. Smoking, eating (drinking), and foreign objects (such as newspapers, magazines, pencils, etc.) are strictly prohibited when entering the operating room. Running and chatting together are also strictly prohibited.
Before entering the operating room, shoes must be taken off at the designated location and placed in the shoe cabinet, outer clothing in the wardrobe, and personal belongings in the personal cabinet. Food cannot be placed in the cabinet.
4. To enter the operating room, one must first wear masks, dust-free hats, dust-free clothing, and shoe covers neatly according to regulations and procedures in the changing room. Then, they must go through the air cleaning room to remove dust and step on the dust removal carpet (on the floor of the cleaning room) before entering.
When wearing a mask, it should be placed over the nose to cover the mouth and nose, in order to avoid contaminating the chip during breathing.
6. When wearing dust-free clothing and a dust-free hat, it is necessary to tidy up the clothing and hair first to avoid discomfort after putting on the dust-free clothing.
After grooming, wear a dust-free hat first. The principle for wearing a dust-free hat is as follows:
(1) Hair must be completely covered inside the hat and must not be exposed.
(2) The dust-free hat should be placed flat on both shoulders, and after putting on the work clothes, the hem should not slip out, exposing the shoulders and neck.
8. After wearing the dust-free hat, put on the dust-free clothes. The dust-free clothes should be of appropriate size to avoid the risk of exposing the skin due to short pants or sleeves. When dressing, pay attention to keeping the hat flat and the dust-free clothes should not be worn backwards.
9. After wearing the dust-free clothes, put on the shoe covers, pull them up and flatten them, and ensure that they cover the pants.
10. When wearing gloves, avoid touching the palms and fingertips with bare hands (to prevent sodium ion contamination). After wearing gloves, place the wrist of the glove inside the sleeve to isolate the source of contamination.
11. After wearing dust-free clothing, one must clean the dust and step on the dust blanket before entering the operating room.
