The cyclone washing dust collector captures dust particles with a particle size of less than 5 microns and is suitable for situations with large gas volume and high dust concentration. Commonly used are cyclone water film dust collector, rotary drum water film dust collector and central spray cyclone dust collector. The cyclone water film dust collector is a device that sprays water mist onto the wall of the dust collector cylinder in a tangential direction through a nozzle on the upper part of the cylinder, forming a thin flowing water film on the wall. The dust containing gas enters the lower part of the cylinder at an inlet velocity of about 15-22 meters per second, rotates and rises, and the dust particles are thrown towards the wall by centrifugal force, adhered to the water film, and discharged with the water flow. The air flow pressure loss is 50-75 millimeters of water column, and the dust removal efficiency can reach 90-95%.
