High corrosion resistant stainless steel tape with consistent metal expansion coefficient (glass tape can be customized)

The Inno servo anchor grating displacement sensor adopts a non-contact reflective design for precise position feedback. The encoder system uses a special stainless steel strip with high corrosion resistance and high reflectivity as the scale of the system. Capable of outputting incremental (A anchor point B) digital square wave models or analog sine signals that comply with industry standards. The unique design enables the ORH40 series open grating linear displacement encoder to have more outstanding performance and better stability than traditional displacement encoders.
The built-in Set up LED allows customers to install this series of gratings more quickly and can promptly troubleshoot system faults through the color of the LED.
The ORH40 series grating linear displacement encoder can be widely used in various customized linear motion environments such as X-Y platforms, semiconductor processing, LED packaging, electronic manufacturing, machine vision, coordinate measurement, PCB machines, height gauges, electronic assembly, linear motors, etc.
The ORH40 series incremental grating reading head adopts advanced large-area single field scanning and unique optical filtering technology in the industry. The modulated infrared LED light is focused by a lens, passes through an indicator grating, is reflected by the grating ruler, and forms a high contrast periodic signal at the single field array sensor. The subdivision circuit adopts automatic gain control (AGC), automatic balance control (ABC), and automatic bias control (AOC) to achieve extremely low speed fluctuations. Optical filtering helps eliminate harmonic signal frequencies, ensuring a reduction in electronic subdivision error (SDE) and minimizing signal variations when the grating is affected by dust and pollutants.
