Purpose: This series of products is specifically designed for curing friction materials.
Performance characteristics:
·The high air volume and strong penetration hot air circulation system improves the thermal permeability of the friction material, making the temperature in the working room uniform.
·Sealed electric heating tube heating, anti-oxidation, long service life.
·The bottom is equipped with tracks and can be configured with a trolley for loading workpieces.
·The unique pressure relief valve design can reduce losses in the event of friction material combustion accidents.
·Equipped with inlet and outlet valves and exhaust fans.
·Set up an independent control cabinet, which can be controlled nearby or centrally controlled in the control room.
·Adopting imported intelligent multi-stage program temperature controller, the heating control adopts solid-state relay, contactless, and stepless adjustment. Users can set their own temperature control curve according to their needs, and the programmable temperature controller can automatically control the temperature inside the box according to the curve.
·The recorder can record the temperature curve of the entire working process.
·The over temperature protection device can emit sound and light alarm signals and cut off the heating power supply, protecting the safety of equipment and workpieces.
