Overview

The NIVELCO ultrasonic level gauge consists of two ultrasonic probes and one mainframe (MULTICON controller), and is an advanced non-contact level measuring instrument. The NIVELCO ultrasonic level gauge realizes on-site display of level and then realizes the multifunctional ultrasonic level gauge controller for controlling the on-site production process in the control room. The probe of the ultrasonic level difference meter is directly installed above the measured medium, with automatic power adjustment, gain control, and temperature compensation. The MULTICON P-100 series of ultrasonic level difference gauges can support up to 15 probe channel inputs, and the ultrasonic level difference gauge has a large screen with a 120 × 32 dot matrix LCD display screen. It can also directly achieve control and signal transmission output of 4-20mA and HART protocol, as well as relay output. In addition, for the convenience of on-site debugging, we have specially designed an RS485 interface for communication with a PC. The sensor materials include PP, PVDF, PTFE, PC, HART calibration, and a temperature resistance of 90 ℃. The probe power supply of the ultrasonic level difference meter is optional for 24VDC and 220VAC.
