This device consists of a gas distribution section (SF6/N2 flow controlled, proportionally configured), buffer tanks 1 and 2, a compressor, a component detection unit (SF6, N2, O2), temperature compensation, and pipelines.
This device adds storage and detection units to the KS3000-N fully automatic gas distribution equipment.
This device can also be used for the proportioning and storage of other non corrosive and non-toxic gases;
This system adopts fully automatic touch control, which can display the current gas filling ratio in real time. It can directly achieve mixed gas filling of N2 and SF6 according to the set ratio, and can adjust the filling gas ratio according to the test value to achieve the gas ratio that meets the set value requirements; Equipped with a built-in vacuum pump, the machine can self clean and also vacuum the product.
