Multi functional eddy current sensors can work reliably for a long time, have high sensitivity, strong anti-interference, non-contact measurement, and fast response speed without being affected by media such as oil and water. They are widely used in long-term real-time monitoring of parameters such as shaft displacement, shaft vibration, and shaft speed of large rotating machinery, and have been extended to applications such as satellite launch, material identification, weighing measurement, metal plate thickness measurement, and material deformation measurement.

1. Complete sensor system:
A complete sensor system mainly includes probes, extension cables (users can choose according to their needs), preamplifiers, and accessories. The ZA21 series eddy current sensor preamplifier has two easy installation methods (called ZA01 preamplifier and ZA02 preamplifier). The ZA01 preamplifier adopts a DIN35 guide rail installation structure, while the ZA02 preamplifier adopts a bottom plate screw installation structure.
2. Compatibility with similar products
The performance indicators of the ZA21 series eddy current displacement sensor are equivalent to or close to the level of Bentley (BN)'s 3300 series products in the United States, and are superior to similar products of any domestic company; The external installation dimensions of the ZA01 preamplifier are the same as those of BN's 3300 and 7200 series preamplifiers.
3. Interchangeability
After years of continuous exploration by our technical personnel, we have finally solved the issue of interchangeability between the probe and preamplifier of the eddy current sensor. By using our company's products, you no longer need to worry about interchangeability issues. As long as it is our company's product, probes and preamplifiers with the same length of coaxial cable can be interchanged!

Multi functional eddy current sensorPay attention to details when using:

① Irregular surfaces of the tested object can cause additional measurement errors, so the surface of the tested object should be flat and smooth, without defects such as protrusions, holes, scratches, grooves, etc.
② When the measured object is a circular axis and the center line of the probe is orthogonal to the axis line, it is generally required that the diameter of the measured axis be at least three times the diameter of the probe head.
③ The surface of the tested object should not have scars, small holes, or gaps, and surface electroplating is not allowed. The material of the tested object should be consistent with the material calibrated by the probe and preamplifier.
④ The probe is fixed on the bearing seat through a bracket, which should have sufficient rigidity to increase its natural frequency and avoid or reduce the excited natural vibration of the bracket when the measured object vibrates.
⑤ For the requirement of initial clearance, the eddy current sensor should have a certain gap voltage (the gap between the top of the sensor and the measured object, which is generally indicated as voltage on the instrument) value for good linearity in its reading. Therefore, it is necessary to adjust the appropriate initial clearance when installing the sensor.
