working principle
The MFloC series flow monitor can quickly and reliably identify pump faults in oil or water cooling cycles of power transformers. In order to monitor the flow of coolant, a specially designed propeller is used as the flow resistance in the cooling cycle. If the pump is working, the propeller is rotated and can be reliably pressed against the stopper in both laminar and non laminar flows. With the help of a product magnetic clutch, the new MFloC flow relay can convert the movement of the paddle into the rotation of the pointer. Two conversion micro switches are fixedly installed inside the flow relay to send electrical signals.
