(1) Introduction to Menzel

In 1989, when we developed the first high-performance oil at Menzel Metal Chemicals, no one expected it to become a milestone in the field of metal processing. Today, Minimum Volume Cooling Lubrication Technology (MMKS) is a widely used method specifically designed to equip metal processing workshops with equipment. Originally only suitable for simple applications such as drilling or sawing, it can now be used for almost all non cutting and cutting processes. Can be used for high-speed machining of deep hole drilling or conveyor lines. However, we set new goals for ourselves every day to apply the advantages of minimum volume cooling lubrication technology to other application areas.

（2）INDUTEC ® MS series

This coaxial spray is pneumatic. It is sealed with a needle, which is pressed on the spray hole with feathers. By controlling the air pressure, push the needle backward to release the spray hole. The medium is fed from a separate pressure vessel to a coaxial nozzle. Inject spray air through the third pressure pipe. The spray air wraps the medium at the outlet of the coaxial nozzle, and binds it into a precise, stable direction, and fog free spray beam.

Due to the different combinations of modules, countless variations of SD3/SD4 coaxial nozzles are possible. Therefore, the optimal coaxial nozzle can be set for almost any application. INDUTEC ® MS SD represents a nozzle concept that can meet the requirements of maximum diversity. The system is based on a coaxial nozzle and generates a circular beam of light. By using special accessories, different shot shapes and shot angles can be created for almost any application.
