The I/O cards that are compatible with DCS include current signal input card, voltage signal input card, thermal resistance signal input card, level signal input card, and pulse quantity input card, all of which can be used for fault diagnosis and positioning with the MIK825-J process calibrator. The MX825-J's automatic stepping and ramp output functions can also be used for rapid linear testing of the cards.

MIK825-JThe process calibrator can be used to calibrate various transmitters, with simple and fast operation.MIK825-JThe process verification instrument can simulate the output of a thermocouple as the input signal of a transmitter, measure the output current signal of the transmitter, display the simulated thermocouple output value at the bottom of the LCD screen, and display the output current of the transmitter at the top.
