The MarvelProbe portable reverse positioning CMM, as an independent product, is compatible with photogrammetric modules and can be used in large scenarios to improve the volume accuracy of handheld series scanners. It also adds contact measurement function, providing a new and more flexible and portable measurement method for mold production, fixture quality inspection, and assembly testing.

Reverse positioning light pen, realizing contact measurement function, combined with 3D measurement software, can quickly perform high-precision detection of geometric surfaces, key geometric dimensions, and positional tolerances. It can also design automatic output detection reports, greatly simplifying the quality control process. Designed with multi angle probe sockets and equipped with multiple types of probe sets, it can flexibly adapt to different measurement conditions, and can directly measure in fixed scenarios without the need for repeated calibration.

The online photogrammetric function allows for real-time viewing of calculation results while taking photos. Once captured, marker points can be exported and directly used for 3D scanning, improving overall spatial accuracy. Support for use in conjunction with 3D scanners to achieve precision optimization in large scenarios and expand the functionality of contact measurement.
