This series of products can be widely used in dust and smoke collection systems for mining, electric furnace smelting, machinery manufacturing, chemical products, cement and building materials, grain processing and other industrial and mining enterprisesDust collector filter bagThe material is generally made of polyester needle punched felt, which allows continuous use at temperatures below 120 ℃. For example, if the filter bag uses Metas high-temperature needle punched felt, its allowable use temperature can reach 204 ℃. If the temperature of the treated exhaust gas is higher than the allowable temperature of the filter material mentioned above, cooling measures should be taken before the exhaust gas enters the dust collector. If this series of dust collectors is used in cold regions or when the flue gas is below zero, insulation and heating devices need to be added, and the shell should also be changed accordingly.

Structural composition
The upper box is composed of a liftable bag changing door cover, lifting hook, guardrail, and air outlet.
The middle box is composed of porous plates, filter bags, and Venturi tubes.
The lower box is composed of an air inlet, ash hopper, and inspection door.
The ash discharge system consists of a deceleration device and ash conveying and discharging devices.
The spraying system consists of a controller, electromagnetic pulse valve, spraying tube, air bag, and protective device.
Working principle
When dusty gas enters through the air inletdust collectorFirstly, it enters the ash hopper, and at the same time, the airflow speed slows down. Due to inertia, the coarse particles of dust in the gas directly settle into the ash hopper, playing a role in pre collecting dust. The airflow then bends upwards and passes through the filter bag with a metal skeleton inside. The dust is captured on the outer surface of the filter bag, and the purified gas enters the upper clean room of the filter bag chamber and is collected at the air outlet for discharge. During the process of purifying dusty gases through filter bags, as time passes, more and more dust accumulates on the filter bags, increasing the resistance of the filter bags and gradually reducing the processing air volume. In order to operate normally, the resistance must be controlled within a certain range (120-150 millimeters of water column), and the filter bags must be cleaned. During cleaning, the pulse controller sequentially triggers each control valve to open the pulse valve. The compressed air in the air bag is sprayed into the corresponding filter bags through the holes of the blowing tube through the Venturi tube, and the filter bags instantly expand rapidly, causing the dust accumulated on the surface of the filter bags to fall off and regenerate. The dust falls into the ash hopper and is discharged from the machine through the ash discharge system. As a result, the dust accumulated on the filter bag is periodically pulse blown to clean the dust, allowing the purified gas to pass through normally and ensuring the normal operation of the dust removal system.
