Our company's lightweight mining screen consists of a vibration motor, screen body, screen mesh, vibration reduction device, and seat frame. This device uses a new energy-saving vibration motor as the vibration source, which can be designed as an upper vibration type, side vibration type, and lower vibration type according to the actual situation of the user. Two identical vibration motors fixed on the sieve box rotate in opposite directions in self synchronization. The eccentric block carried by the vibration motor generates a centrifugal force component at various instantaneous positions during rotation, which oscillates back and forth along the throwing direction. This causes the entire sieve body supported on the vibration reduction device to undergo periodic reciprocating vibration in the direction of excitation force. The material moves in a parabolic direction along a straight line on the sieve surface, and after falling into the sieve from the feeding end, it quickly advances and loosens the sieve to complete the screening operation, achieving the purpose of screening by reasonably matching the sieve.
