Leica EM ACE900 is a high-end sample preparation system. Perform freeze fracture, freeze etching, and electron beam coating on the sample in one instrument. By using a rotating cryogenic stage and electron beam for high-resolution carbon/metal composite coating, it is suitable for any TEM and SEM analysis and provides flexible projection options. The Leica EM ACE900 cryogenic fracture system adopts a redesigned cooling concept, slicer, shield, electron beam, vacuum lock, and can also be connected to the Leica EM VCT500 to protect the sample throughout the entire cryogenic SEM workflow.

Freeze fracture the sample for TEM (replication technique) or frozen SEM (transfer via Leica EM VCT500).
High reproducibility and proper specimen protection
