Lai Heng L-806 Fully Automatic Solid Liquid ExtractionThe instrument adopts a four step hot extraction technique: hot extraction - rinsing - solvent recovery - drying. This product is designed to be intuitive, flexible, and convenient to operate. The instrument design comprehensively considers various control requirements in the experiment, can run according to pre-set programs, can store 99 self written programs, and can also be manually operated at any time, fully adapting to the control requirements of experimental personnel.

Step 1: Extraction

Hot extraction: Heat the container containing the sample and solvent for hot extraction.

Step 2: Rinse

There are two methods to choose from: continuous rinsing and intermittent rinsing. Rinse the sample with distilled condensed solvent, and the rinsing time, solvent amount, and intermittent rinsing interval can be set arbitrarily.

Step 3: Solvent Recovery

The solvent vapor is condensed and recovered in the solvent chamber.

Step 4: Drying

Evaporate the organic solvent in the sample cup, pre dry the extraction results, and automatically stop heating after the drying time is complete.
