Except for a very small number, the vast majority of them are essential and physiologically important microbial communities in the human body, widely present in the intestine. 4、 Process characteristics of lactic acid bacteria production line

1. After the raw milk is accepted as qualified, it should be subjected to pre-treatment processes including milking, cooling, and storage. After filtration and centrifugal separation, the purified milk should be quickly cooled to 2-3C for storage and later use;

The main purpose of homogenization is to use the powerful mechanical operation of the homogenizer to break down the fat balls in milk into small particles, prevent fat aggregation and floating, ensure the sensory quality of uniform, fine and white products, and further improve the digestion and absorption of milk

4. Solidified yogurt is filled after sterilization and inoculation of raw milk, and the filling temperature can be higher than the fermentation temperature to compensate for the temperature difference in the pipeline; And stirred yogurt is filled only after fermentation and cooling.
