Carbon silicon rods are a low-cost solution for achieving higher operating temperatures. Low maintenance, long service life, and better thermal shock resistance than molybdenum disilicide heating elements used in VP furnaces. The high-density carbon silicon rod arrangement of LHS furnace can achieve rapid heating. It only takes 40 minutes for the temperature to rise to 1400 ° C. Compared to VP, LHS is lighter and smaller in size.
