Both water and gas meters use photoelectric direct reading absolute coding method, which automatically remembers the position of the code wheel without initialization; Directly reading the counter code disk reading of the meter, which is the "reading window value", without the secondary measurement process of cumulative pulses and converted values, and without cumulative errors. Implemented direct reading of data from the meter wheel, ensuring complete consistency between meter measurement data and backend data.
The electronic parts inside the meter do not have any mechanical contact with devices such as the digital dial, which does not affect the measurement accuracy and does not change the display mode of mechanical measurement.
Adopting advanced encoding technology and position recognition algorithms, it ensures accurate recognition of the number displayed on the character wheel code disc, completely solving the problem of accurate recognition of carry caused by mechanical asynchrony when multiple character wheel code discs rotate simultaneously.
Adopting a reflective photoelectric signal acquisition method, the 4-digit character wheel code wheel digits are directly recognized, eliminating the phenomenon of reading confusion caused by the use of software discrimination for the thousand digit character wheel.
Adopting M-BUS bus technology and low-power design, there is no need to distinguish positive and negative polarities, no need for external power supply, and a dedicated collector provides instant power supply for reading.
RS485 communication interface can be selected, with optoelectronic isolation design, and the collector can be shared with smart meters. It requires a switch power supply for power supply.
