Product Details

LUMiReader X-Ray is a dispersion system analyzer designed for a certain purpose: to study the dispersion, stability, separation and polymerization of completely transparent to completely opaque emulsion, suspension, slurry, foam and powder in real time. For the first time in history, we are able to test your samples in a timely manner from top to bottom. Solve your most challenging decentralized system problems with a comprehensive perspective. Where the light cannot reach, our instrument can.LUMiReader Stability Analyzer X-Ray

The solution we are applying for combines X-rays with the proven STEP technology, allowing for high spatial resolution, short sampling intervals, and powerful detection techniques. LUMiReader X-Ray uses monochromatic parallel X-rays. More than 1600 sensors recorded the projected beam, providing a resolution far exceeding that of the entire sample tube with a height of 20mm. The dynamic transmission curve of the entire sample recorded in real-time will be transformed into stability and separation degree. The particle concentration, sediment packing density, and X-ray attenuation can also be calculated based on the extinction spectrum.LUMiReader Stability Analyzer X-Ray

The obtained spatiotemporal extinction spectra enable you to measure and understand particle stability, phase difference, and sediment aggregation in the system, which is currently unknown technology.

Regardless of the shape or concentration of dispersed particles and droplets, you can now optimize your formula, measure its stability, and conduct accurate shelf life testing. On site, real-time, interference free, and non-destructive.

Typical applications include pottery making, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, pigments&dyes, building materials and fillers, as well as mining and petroleum industries that handle complex emulsions, slurries, and silts.

No need for dilution, no need for pretreatment. No matter how opaque or concentrated your dosage form is, it can analyze and interpret your sample.

For the problem of opaque dispersion system, foam, emulsion or pure micro lotion that cannot be diluted or that dilution will produce unknown side effects and consequences, you need to understand, now there are solutions and they are right in front of you.

The idea behind the design of LUMiReader X-Ray was to enable you to analyze and understand concentrated and completely opaque emulsions and suspensions.

What is the allowed sample concentration? If you ask, we can do it all. Observe in a timely manner from top to bottom. Yes, really, no other technology can achieve this, they are far from even reaching our level of technology.

LUMiReader X-Ray is easy to operate and user-friendly. Certified, factory pre calibrated, and ready to enter the market.
ILUMinator has finally arrived.
