purpose
The KW-1028 impact air microbial sampler, equipped with a six stage Anderson sampling head, can be widely used for microbial monitoring in environments such as hygiene and epidemic prevention, biological cleanliness, pharmaceuticals, and fermentation industries, as well as for sampling and research of air microorganisms in relevant research and teaching departments. It provides a basis for evaluating the hazards of microbial pollution in the air environment and its prevention and control measures, and is suitable for use in disease prevention, health supervision, research institutes, and other units.
Execution standards
GB/T 18204.3-2013 "Methods for hygiene inspection in public places - Part 3: Airborne microorganisms"
WS 394-2012 "Hygiene Specification for Central Air Conditioning and Ventilation Systems in Public Places"
Performance characteristics
Specially designed sampling pump with good stability, strong load capacity, and high reliability
The combination of electronic flowmeter and microcomputer is adopted, with a high degree of intelligence, and the accuracy reaches 2.5% when the flow rate is 28.3L/min
Real time clock, with multiple sampling methods such as timed sampling, interval sampling, multiple sampling, and cyclic sampling,
◆ Automatic flow control, embedded software design, automatic calculation of sampling volume, automatic memory of sampling data, priority use for next startup, achieving one click sampling
◆ Built in lithium battery pack, suitable for use without AC electric field
◆ Adopting internationally recognized six level Anderson sampling head, made of aluminum alloy material, capturing particle range: the particle size of the six level sampler is in sequence, and the particle size of the first level sampler is ≥ 7 μ m; Level 2: 4.7-7 μ m; Level 3: 3.3-4.7 μ m; Level 4: 2.1-3.3 μ m; Level 5: 1.1-2.1 μ m; Level 6: 0.65-1.1 μ m
